For instance, raw plastic pellets or powders are introduced into the machine.

 

Mixing Action Initiation:

 The mixer is activated, and the mixing mechanism starts to operate. This could be in the form of rotating blades, paddles, or screws.

The movement of these components creates a turbulent flow within the chamber.

 

Thorough Blending: 

As the mixing components rotate, they push and pull the plastic materials, causing them to move in different directions. This ensures a comprehensive intermingling of the materials.

This helps to evenly distribute additives, colorants, or other components throughout the plastic mass.

 

If purchasing more than 5 units and considering shipping costs, we can provide on-site production, on-site planning, or planning according to the drawings.

Your company needs to prepare the following equipment: argon arc welding machine, electric welding machine, cutting machine, workshop requires crane or hoist.

We will prepare the necessary boards, accessories, etc. for the equipment, which can reduce shipping costs.
